1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a product proves defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship, Oxford Interiors, LLC will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to the purchaser, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
Standard Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty: Available when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.
3. WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty applies to manufacturing-related defects, which may include but are not limited to:
Malfunctioning or failed components
Faulty wiring or electrical connections
Defective switches, control modules, or interfaces
Product failure caused by manufacturing defects
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover issues or damage resulting from:
Improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Water or liquid exposure (unless product is rated for such use)
Use in commercial or high-stress environments (unless otherwise specified)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
